Here are the programs included on the diskette ... WIGGLER.EXE .. This is a utility program to aid in the installation of a steerable feed (single axis) interfaced to the RC1500C Single Axis Inclined Orbit Satellite Antenna Controller. The program calculates the: azimuth heading (both true and magnetic), elevation pointing angle (center of box), and the required rotation of the feed's plane of motion to track the satellite. Given the feed's 'instantaneous inclination' (or satellite declination - calculated by the INCLIN.EXE program which is included on the diskette), the antenna size, and the antenna f/d ratio the program also calculates the initial offset of the feed from the feed's nominal position. This allows the feed to be properly set when the satellite is not in the nominal position (center of box). The WIGGLER.TXT file describes the operation of the program. INCLIN.EXE .. This is a utility program which calculates the satellite's instantaneous inclination (or satellite declination) given equatorial crossing data. Program data is stored in the SAT.DAT file. The INCLIN.TXT file describes the operation of this program.
